A drug company has been sued after it failed to secure the approval of an anti-fungal drug called Lamisil, which contains the active ingredient terbinafine.

The suit, which was filed on Monday, said the company had used the drug to treat a rare fungal infection in mice.

The complaint said the company had used the drug to treat a "very rare" type of fungal infection in mice, which affects the brain and spinal cord.

The company said the drug was effective in treating a number of other conditions, including depression and some allergic reactions.

The suit said that Lamisil was used to treat a condition known as "itching," which is the most common form of fungal infection, and caused by a fungus that has spread through the blood or saliva of infected animals.

"The company's action is an example of the company's continuing efforts to protect the public, to protect the public health and the safety of the public," said Amy A. Miller, a spokeswoman for the company.

The lawsuit was filed in federal court in Connecticut.

The lawsuit said the company had used the drug to treat a rare fungal infection in mice, which affects the brain and spinal cord.

"The drug was effective in treating a rare fungal infection in mice," the company said in the complaint.

The drug is the second medication in the class of antifungal drugs to be taken to treat this condition.

Fungal infections, which are more common in people who suffer from the common cold, flu or other flu-like illnesses, can be caused by many different types of fungal infections, including skin infections, such as athlete's foot or ringworm.

In 2015, the Food and Drug Administration approved Lamisil as an oral treatment for athlete's foot in the United States. It has been approved for use in children, as well as in pregnant women and lactating mothers.

The company had been trying to secure the approval of Lamisil for over a year. It had submitted a plan for an initial trial of the drug to the Food and Drug Administration and has yet to receive it. The drug's approval in late 2015 resulted in Lamisil being given to the company as part of the first-ever trial, which is expected to take until April.

The suit was filed in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

The lawsuit said that Lamisil was the first drug in the class of antifungal drugs to be approved for use in the treatment of this condition.

The company was also seeking approval of the drug for treating an infection of the skin.

"We have studied many of the possible adverse effects of using terbinafine," said the suit.

The suit said the company had used the drug to treat a rare fungal infection in mice and a condition known as "itching," which is the most common form of fungal infection.

"We have studied many of the possible adverse effects of using terbinafine to treat fungal infections in mice, and it has been shown that this drug has the potential to reduce fungal infection rates in mice," said the lawsuit.

The suit also said that Lamisil is a prescription drug for use in the treatment of certain conditions, including asthma, allergies, and certain cancers.
